If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us in their original packaging within seven days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete and unopened.
If on opening the goods they are deemed faulty, costs incurred for their return will be reimbursed by Duvet Dreams. Duvet Dreams accept no liability for any costs incurred otherwise.
